About the event
Help us turn an old playground into a thriving garden for our community. Our urban garden will be a place where youth can learn, families can come together with purpose and nutritious food will be foraged. MILPA is a traditional Mayan technique that helps renew soil and bring new life to a once barren piece of ground using many types of seeds in one area. We want to share this experience with you! Come scatter seeds with us!
